FishAds is a classifieds marketplace for seafood trade and local fishing community listings. We provide tools to post ads and connect buyers and sellers. FishAds is not a party to deals between users and does not process payments for listings.
You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and be responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or disable accounts that abuse the platform, spam, scam, or post prohibited content.
You confirm you have the right to post what you list. Ads must be truthful, legal, and appropriately categorized. Do not post prohibited goods, fraud, malware, or harassment. Contact forms are for genuine inquiries; sellers should reply professionally via email.
We may hide, edit metadata for safety, or remove listings and content that violate these terms or applicable law. Reporting tools help us review issues—false reports may also lead to enforcement.
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the marketplace grows.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, FishAds is not liable for user-to-user transactions, listing accuracy, or losses from relying on marketplace content. Use the site at your own risk and verify counterparties yourself.
